Fannie Turns 104 Years Young!

Happy 104th birthday to our dear client since 1990, Ms. Fannie Simnacher! It’s our honor to help her continue living in the same farmhouse in which she was born in 1912. It was a joyous occasion to present her with a proclamation made in her name on August 14, 2016 by the Senate of the State of Texas.

Thank you Margaret Licarione!

Thank you Margaret Licarione for your talent and generosity! Licarione Photography is responsible for the beautiful photography on our new website! We wanted the site to be image heavy because as they say, "a picture says thousand words." And we are deep into prose with these photos.
