Everyday Hero
We have all had heroes who have impacted our life during the pandemic. A hero can be on the frontline or behind the scenes like a grocery clerk, a care provider, a delivery person or a friend who has checked in on you. To the everyday hero, we thank you!
Our everyday hero is TRIO Community Meals, who for over 15 years has provided the fruits, vegetables, grains, and protein in addition to cooking the daily hot meals we deliver to our clients. We have pivoted our operation to a bi-weekly shelf stable meal delivery schedule to ensure our clients are being served in a healthy and safe manner. TRIO our dedicated kitchen partner, has made it possible for us to do this. Thanks to their dedication to our seniors, our operations have not been disrupted during this critical time.
For every dollar you donate, TRIO will match that dollar up to $13,000. Double your impact today and honor your everyday hero with a special e-card to show your appreciation. Together we can all care for our senior neighbors!

I Need a Sub for My Route
Substitute Drivers are responsible for delivering meals to homebound clients as a back-up driver when the regular volunteer meal delivery driver is unable to take the route. Much like a substitute teacher, the substitute driver does not have a permanent weekly route, but is called as needed.
